1. Information We Collect
- Photos: Uploaded photos to provide AI-generated style reviews.
- User ID: A randomly generated ID stored in iCloud to identify the user across multiple devices.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Photos: Sent to OpenAI, for processing and generating style recommendations. See https://openai.com/ for more information about OpenAI.
- User ID: To sync results across multiple devices if iCloud is enabled.
- We do not train our models on your photos.
- As of March 1, 2023, data sent to the OpenAI API will not be used to train or improve OpenAI models. See https://platform.openai.com/docs/models/how-we-use-your-data for more information.
3. Data Storage and Security
Photos and related data are stored in AWS S3. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
4. Data Deletion
Users can delete uploaded photos via the app, which will also delete them from our servers.
OpenAI's deletion policy can be found at https://platform.openai.com/docs/models/how-we-use-your-data.
From OpenAI's policy: "To help identify abuse, API data may be retained for up to 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless otherwise required by law)".
5. Sharing of Information
We only share photos with AI models of OpenAI. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
6. User Rights
You can access and delete your uploaded photos. If iCloud is not enabled, results will only be accessible on the device used to upload the photo.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
